We’ve had some really warm, sunny days this week and we’ve been taking advantage of it while it lasts..
Cora knows to wait until somebody tells her she can go outside. Sometimes she pretends to forget and will try to run outside but generally she does a very good job. We practiced today and sat here for a couple of minutes and she was very intent on the outside and wanted to go so bad, but she didn’t budge. The leash kind of makes it look like I’m holding her back but I wasn’t, she could have taken off right out the door and dragged me with her if she wanted to.
Exploring out back by the pole barn and the field. I should try my snow shoes again and see if she would walk with me with them and not bite them.
Sunny, warm and white outside
It’s been so warm some of our ground is showing again and all of our snow is melting.
Cora terrorizing the chickens. That’s a brave one there, that one is used to Cora so she didn’t even flinch. The chickens know she can’t get in but she still likes to try and herd/scare/chase them from across the fence. It will be interesting to see if she does that when we get horses. I bet one kick of an angry draft horse and she’ll learn a new habit!
