Back to Healthy


Since our marathon we have been eating easy or fast foods… Friday night we had McDonald’s and Saturday we had gas station food.  Sunday we had Little Caesar’s pizza and Monday we had Taco Bell.  Last night we had chicken wings and shrimp and nothing else.  So today was the day we just had to go back to eating healthier things, we were both missing cooked food and tired of getting fast food and snacks!

Supper tonight was steak that I baked and it didn’t come out amazing but we ate it.  I just didn’t feel like frying or grilling so I shoved it in the oven… at least it was cooked I guess.  Then we had sun-dried tomato basil pesto from some basil in our garden and then steamed broccoli too.  At least there were some vegetables involved!
