8 vegetables and 2 fruits

Today our supper was full of variety! We try to eat lots of vegetables and sometimes fruit too but tonight we managed to get a ridiculous number of them in our supper.  We made sweet and sour chicken skewers which had two kinds of onions, two kinds of peppers, zucchini and pineapple on them and then Joe made us a pasta side dish which had tomato, cauliflower, garlic and apples.  Somehow I think there was another vegetable too but now I can’t remember.  Either way it was a bunch of different things and it was all tasty.  We also picked up some ribs on skewers too and Joe dry rubbed those and grilled them with the chicken and they came out really good as well.
